Less infamy by decreasing base value

征服地区的基础值是5,傀儡的基础值是3
恶名的计算是在基础值的条件上乘以人口乘数计算
这就导致了一个问题
在不考虑国际地位的情况下,每多要一块地,征服地区就要多花费5的基础值
这就使得征服的恶名与傀儡的恶名并不平衡
无脑傀儡成为了最好的选项
而不是你要权衡恶名和直接征服的优劣
本mod修改了基础值,将其缩减为原本的10%,同时将人口乘数以及上限扩大了10倍
这样你外交博弈的恶名就会更大程度的依赖于当地的人口数,而不是你提出了多少个条件
同时,恶名上限跟之前依然一样
其实我本来是想要把基础值取非常小的,但是我又想到土地本身就有一定的价值(上面的资源),但为了提高征服地区的性价比,我最终选择了将基础值缩小到10%,毕竟荒地再有价值,也不会有特别多的人关心。
在修改基础值的同时,我还做出了一定的修改
1、把归还省份的恶名减少了50%,基础值从应有的0.2下调至0.1
这主要是参考EU4的比例
2、条约港的恶名减少了50%,从0.2下调至0.1
因为条约港本身只占一个地块,而一个省份大多是由十几个地块组成
跟征服地区相比,条约港获得不到10%的人口和资源,却要付出40%的恶名
既是考虑到条约港的作用,我也觉得不是很合理,因此做了调整。
3、自治领的基础值从应有的0.3下调至0.2
原版的自治领和傀儡国恶名相同
但是,不只是外交自主权,自治领上缴20%收入,傀儡国上缴30%收入
在我看来上缴收入的多少是他们受控制程度的体现
因此我将自治领的恶名与他的缴纳收入进行了匹配
不然我要自治领干嘛
4、统一的恶名从0.2下调至0.1
这主要是为了和归还省份还有夺取条约港相匹配
因为这3个都是属于直接征服的行动
P社既然设置成恶名一样,那可能调整的时候一起调整比较好
最后,我还修改了国际地位所带来的恶名变动
这块我主要是修改了未被承认国家的数值
修改的理由是,不被承认的国家被排除在文明世界之外,除了少数大国,人们应该更加不关注他们的情况
未被承认的区域国家,征服从+40%下调至+30%,被征服从-40%下调至-55%
未被承认国家,征服从+30%下调至+10%,被征服从-50%下调至-80%
这样印尼和非洲的菜鸡互啄也不会产生很大的恶名
毕竟就算是今天大家也不关心远处的弱小国家

In the original VIC3, conquer region has a base value of 5 and puppet has a base value of 3.
The calculation of infamy is calculated by multiplying the condition of the base value by the pop multiplier.
This leads to a problem, regardless of country rank, each additional piece of land requires an additional base value of 5 to conquer it.
This makes the infamy of the conquest unbalanced with the infamy of the puppet.
Brainless puppet became the best option, instead of weighing the pros and cons of infamy and directly conquering.
This mod modifies the base value and reduces it to 10% of the original value, while expanding the population multiplier and upper limit by 10 times.
Your diplomatic infamy will depend more on the local population than on how many war goals you put forward.
At the same time, the infamy limit remains the same as before.
In fact, I originally wanted to set the base value to be very small, but I also thought that the land itself has a certain value (the resources). So in order to improve the cost performance of conquer, I finally chose to reduce the base value to 10%. After all, no matter how valuable the wasteland is, not many people will care about it.
While modifying the base value, I also made certain modifications.
1. Reduced the infamy of returned provinces by 50%, and lowered the base value from 0.2 to 0.1.
This is mainly based on the ratio of EU4.
2. The infamy of the treaty port has been reduced by 50%, from 0.2 to 0.1.
Because the treaty port itself only occupies one place, and a province is mostly composed of more than a dozen places.
Treaty ports get less than 10% of population and resources but pay 40% of infamy compared to conquer region.
Considering the role of the treaty port, I also think it is not very reasonable, so I adjusted.
3. The base value of the dominion is reduced from 0.3 to 0.2.
Vanilla dominions have the same infamy as puppet states.
However, not just diplomatic autonomy, dominions pay 20% of their income, and puppets pay 30% of their income
In my opinion, the amount of income handed over reflects the degree of control.
So I matched the dominion’s infamy with his contribution income, otherwise why would we have dominions.
4. Unified infamy base value is reduced from 0.2 to 0.1.
This is mostly to match returning provinces and taking treaty port.
These three are all actions of directly conquering, since the Paradox is set to have the same infamy, it may be better to adjust them together.
Finally, I also modified the infamy changes that come with country ranks.
In this part, I mainly modified the value of the unrecognized country.
The reason is that unrecognized countries are excluded from the civilized world, and people would pay less attention to their situation, except for a few big countries.
Unrecognized regional power, infamy_aggressor_scaling from +40% to +30%, infamy_target_scaling from -40% to -55%.
Unrecognized countries, infamy_aggressor_scaling from +30% to +10%, infamy_target_scaling from -50% to -80%.
In this way, the tiny countries in Indonesia and Africa will not get a lot of infamy if they attack each other.
After all, even today, people don’t care about the weak and small countries in the distance.
