Yep, a 4th version of the guy
His main gimmick, like in the previous 2 versions, is the energy meter. Like in the previous 2 versions, it charges up over time. You can use up, side and neutral specials to spend your energy and down special to gain it faster. But remember that if your energy is below 50% you will be 2 times slower and weaker!
