Lucy goes all in!
Lucy plays Blackjack while fighting. There is a meter that fills up to 21. Every hit will fill up the bar by the amount of damage given.
If the bar fills over 21 it will loop back around.
DSPECIAL can be used as a combust and will also power up the closer the meter is to 21. Hit 21 for the big jackpot!
NSPECIAL: Sleight of Hand
Lucy throws a card straight ahead that has good speed but weak damage.
This move can be charged to throw more cards, up to four,which makes for a good damage racker at close range.
You can of course dodge to store the charge as well.
FSPECIAL: Card Rider
Lucy throws a giant card in front of her on the ground, and below her in the air (while gaining a horizontal boost). Holding FSpecial causes her to ride the giant card, but will put her into special fall when it ends.
The giant card acts as a way to extend her card projectile’s distance. It will cause any colliding cards to travel further, do more damage and knockback, and gain transcendence.
The giant card lasts 10 seconds and can be destroyed with another FSpecial.
USPECIAL: Grand Exit
Lucy vanishes into her hat and reappears a good distance.
Hold the special button for a more explosive exit at the cost of distance.
DSpecial: Fold
A combust using the value stored in her meter. The size of the combust, startup, damage, KB, KBS, and endlag all scale with the Blackjack passive.
Hit a 21 with this and the move becomes even bigger!
NOTES
Press Down + Taunt and you’ll play Blackjack. It does nothing to gameplay, it’s just fun :-).
