Owen is a pink cat that wields a crowbar among other weapons from Half Life.
Originally an echo fighter of Fancy Pants Man, so many changes have been made that they are no longer comparable.
The gameplay idea for this character is "Jigglypuff with a sword.", or at least it was when I started development.
Up Special is a blast from the Tau Cannon.
It can be ended early by pressing airdodge, which puts her into pratfall.
Horizontal speed is preserved if the cancel is done fast enough.
Neutral Special shoots an SMG.
If used in the air, they accelerates backwards.
It can be jump cancelled and can be aimed up and down.
Pressing attack while firing reloads the gun.
Side Special fires the gravity gun.
There is a bigger outside radius that only affects down special.
Hitting with this move gives back your jumps and also allows you to use it midair again.
The move can be walljump cancelled.
Down special spawns a boot.
When hit with a move, it copies the property of that move.
As Owen, Jab and all specials don’t change it’s properties and launch it differently.
If someone else hits the boot, ownership will change to them.
They can hit it the same way you do, but only Jab preserves it’s properties.

Slow land speed, high air speed
Lightweight (Ori weight and air friction)
Misc tips:
Back air turns them around, similar to marth
For the second hit of dash attack, press attack while holding up
