林场：Wood Farm
Introduction:
Added a new agricultural building called the Wood Farm, which allows you to use arable land to plant trees to provide wood when wood is in short supply.
Wood farms are widely distributed around the world, with only a few areas too dry for grazing to be built.

Completion of numerical balance:
The productivity of the tree farm will now be up to 80% of that of the logging camp !
Compatibility:
1. In theory, it will conflict with mods that modify map_data, it will obviously require a separate compatibility patch to work with mods that add new provinces
2. In theory, only a new building was added, not a new item, so most mods should be compatible
