Description:

This mod changes the speed at which factions with the Unfallen gameplay Affinity (Celestial Vines) root systems depending on the number of owned systems by the player, so that it’s faster in early game when you have fewer systems and slower in late game. It also reduces the impact of the game speed multiplier on rooting.

The actual formula is : (3/N)^1.2 where N is the number of owned systems (not rooted, owned, which means you made an outpost on it, special nodes do not count). What this means is that while you only have 1 or 2 systems you’ll root faster than vanilla, 3 is the same as vanilla and then the speed gets reduced until it caps at ~15 systems owned, in order to reduce the penalty you get from spawning next to a minor civilization or pirates when playing Unfallen, as well as give more incentive to build bigger vineship fleets in late game.

Here are the speeds for a single vineship on normal speed with the mod (up to 10 systems) :
1) 6 turns
2) 13 turns
3) 20 turns
4) 29 turns
5) 37 turns
6) 46 turns
7) 56 turns
8) 65 turns
9) 75 turns
10) 85 turns

The new Game speed multipliers are as follow:
-Fast : From 2x to 1.33x (10 turns -> 15 turns)
-Normal : 1 (20 turns)
-Long : From 0.66x to 0.8x (30 turns -> 25 turns)
-Endless : From 0.5x To 0.66 (40 turns -> 30 turns)
