The Stranger Extended
This is a tweaked version of Sinsthar’s chracter mod "The Stranger". Featues include:
-Quickscrolling by incriments of 10 and 50 in the role select
-Random Stranger button
-Support for normal and gulped golden trinket roles
Controller:
~ left bumper – scroll backwards 10 roles
~ left trigger – scroll backwards 50 roles
~ right bumper – scroll forwards 10 roles
~ right trigger – scroll forwards 50 roles
~ Y on Xbox controller/top face buttion – random role
~ downwards on right analog – show/hide completion note
Keyboard:
~ E/Bomb key – scroll backwards 10 roles
~ left Alt – scroll backwards 50 roles
~ Q/card slot – scroll forwards 10 roles
~ Ctrl/drop – scroll forwards 50 roles
~ arrow key up/shoot upwards – random role
~ arrow key down/shoot downwards – show/hide completion note
I made this as a bridge and QOL addition for people with large amounts of Tainted Stranger roles and for use alongside my Stranger Megapack mod.
If Sinsthar wishes for this mod to be taken down I will do so without question, and he fully has our endorsement to implement these lua changes officially. However we think these additions were greatly needed as modded Strangers were far too tedious to select from in a large list, and that golden trinkets were a glaring omission now that many have special effects.
I kindly ask that if you use this to stay subscribed and continue supporting the original Stranger mod. I urge users to not use this as a standalone replacement as that is not the intention.
Since this mod is different it will not use The Stranger’s save file for completion marks or token count. You can easily transfer your Stranger save1.dat for your marks into the Extended folder or vice versa.
Simply copy Save1.dat from

To make your own role with golden trinkets, simply add 332768 + the trinket ID for golden trinkets, and 432768 + trinket ID for smelted/gulped golden trinkets.
For example, 432768 + 183(The Twins) = 432951(smelted golden The Twins)
