Misery – ACE3 Extension
Please note that while using this modification, there is no requirement to run the original ACE3 mod or its compatibility modules. This modification incorporates ACE3 and the RHS compatibility modules, thereby eliminating potential conflicts with the intended scenarios for which this pack has been edited. Running the original ACE3 mod in conjunction with this modification would result in redundancy.
This modification serves as an ACE3 resource pack for Misery. Given that ACE3 is open-source, this add-on incorporates the full ACE3 mod, as well as the RHS AFRF, USAF, and GREF compatibility modules. This integration aims to minimize potential errors due to missing mods and to simplify the user experience by providing a comprehensive download for these add-ons. This modification also includes ACE3’s optional particles, realistic dispersion, and tracers. Please note that some ACE3 PBO files have been edited or expanded upon.
As of Jan 21st Build has been updated, and is running ACE3 3.16.3
All original files utilized in this modification are sourced from the official ACE3 Mod Github [github.com] The following .pbo files have been edited or removed:
- ace_vehiclelock: Expanded upon the lockpick system and made lockpicks breakable.
- ace_refuel: Edited out init code to disable it from being active, but .pbo is still loaded to prevent launch error. Disabled from being active due to incompatibility with the previously set refuel system.
- ace_dogtags: Removed entirely from the add-ons folder.
