Instructions:
1 – Weld the entire scale to the ground
2 – Allow the scale to adjust to 0 level. Hit the 0 button and confirm 0 weight by hitting the weigh button.
3 – Drive your vehicle onto the scale. Hit the weigh button to measure the vehicle weight.
Calibrating:
The scale uses a quadratic function AX^2 + BX = M to calculate mass where X is the displacement of the platform.
The values of A and B can be adjusted using the buttons next to the long number displays on the control platform. A is the top number (^2) and B is the bottom number (X)
