Leader:Pardofelis
Leader Trait:"The Owner of the Shop"

The leader has two additional trade routes. Each trade route provides an additional +5 gold coins + 2 food, and each Commercial Hub building provides +1 Trade Route Capacity.

Unique District:「Reverie」

Replaces the Commercial Hub. +2 Gold from the adjacent luxury resources.

Unique Unit: 「Reverie」

Replaces the Scout. Ignores all terrain Movement penalties. Has 4 movements and 3 sights. +7 Combat Strength when attacking. Pillaging costs only 1 Movement point. Ignores ZOC.

Unique Project: Pardofelis: Achievements in Life(Unlock from civic exploration)

Collect Coins: Each trade route provides an additional +2 gold.
Collect Canned food:Each trade route provides an additional +1 food.
Collect Team Uniforms of the Flame Chaser:Each trade route provides an additional +1 faith.
See through the Magic Performance of Vill-V:Each trade route provides an additional +1 culture.
Skip Meetings of Flame Chaser:Each trade route provides an additional +1 production.
When all projects have been completed, player will get effect "Financial Freedom":+1 Amenities and +1 Housing in Player Cities.

Leader: Eden
Leader Traits:"May time stay still for us"

While in a Golden Age, +20% culture for Player Cities.

Unique District: "Golden Courtyard"

Replaces the Theater. +2 Culture from adjacent Commercial Hub. Amount of Tourism generated is equivalent to the UD`s Culture output.
The Commercial Hub +2 Gold from adjacent UD.

Unique Unit:"The Star of Eden"

Replaces the bombard.Has 3 movements. +10 Combat Strength vs. district defenses. When attacking, it will set the same damage to the adjacent enemies.

Unique Project: Golden Diva(Unlock from civic political philosophy)

"Demise of the King of the Nightcap Realm": +2% Gold and Culture for Player Cities.(Can repeat 5 times)
"The Kingdom After Dusk":Player earn Science per turn equal to 40% of Gold per turn rate.
When "Demise of the King of the Nightcap Realm" has finished 5 times and "The Kingdom After Dusk" has finished, Player will get effect: +20% Production toward all wonders. +100% Tourism across Player`s empire.
