Gain the decapitated head of a trash cow from a trash farm in order to make the game worse. rerolls high quality items, but low quality items fuel your rage and your tears. You now get a damage up and tears up from low quality items.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-Sometimes the stat ups don’t get applied until you enter a new room.
-the stat ups don’t apply if you have the item and then give yourself low quality items through the debug console. But they do apply if you give yourself low quality items first and then give yourself the cow.
