CONNECTIONS:
There are 4 color coded OR gates on the front panel.
GREEN – Connect to GREEN controllers on primary street lights, RED controllers on secondary street
RED – Connect to RED controllers on primary street lights, GREEN on secondary street
WHITE – Connect to sensors or crosswalks on primary street
BLACK – Connect to sensors or crosswalks on secondary street

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
To start the circuit turn on the switch on the back of the control panel. Tap the button to start the circuit.
The GREEN timer controls the length of the green light on the primary street.
The RED timer controls the length of the red light on the primary street.
The WHITE and BLACK timers control the time delay on the road sensors or crosswalk buttons.
Activating one of the WHITE or BLACK gates will switch the light (if its red) after the timer has completed.
