Description:

This mod added toggle-able rifts for Immortal Empires, Immortal Empires Expanded, and the Old World campaign. The Player’s army or agent can travel from one rift to any other rift. I think AI won’t use them. The rift can be turned on or off by the button on the top left corner.

Should be compatible with most mods. You can use MCT to change the number of rifts.
