remove snow storm
When we play kislev, the Motherlands Devotion decrease fps because the snow strom effect.
So I made this mod
This mod delete only the snow storm effect, so the fps does not effect from the Motherlands Devotion.
키슬레프 플레이시 어머니 조국 헌신 할 시에 발생하는 눈보라 현상을 없애는 모드입니다.
그 놈의 눈보라 이펙트 때문에 프레임이 너무 감소하는게 짜증나서 만들었습니다.
확실히 눈보라 이펙트만 제거해도 프레임이 급상승 하더라구요
