April AI Science changes reverted
April AI Science changes reverted back to Pre-April Update.

The Devs set the AI’s Yield Preference to 150% for Science this sets it back to 15%, If this effects the AI by making them too inept at science i may raise this at a later date.
In the Reddit post does say that you would need to remove parts of code that favour the AI building Campuses and Thearter Squares but i decided to leave them as i believe this should make the AI worse but should improve their Science and Culture without making the AI only focus on them.
