Have you ever thought it would be very useful to be able to save and restore monarch power?
It’s always annoying to have the max amount of any kind of monarch power (ADM/DIP/MIL) and not being able to use it, e.g. because you can’t invest in ideas or technology levels.

In singeplayer it’s no big deal, because it’s easy to use the console for removing and giving monarch power again, that’s why this mod is mostly thougt to be used in multiplayer, since it’s not possible to use the console in that case.
The decisions are only enactable by human players, not by the AI.

Features

This mod adds six decisions, two for each type of monarch power. One to save and one to restore 100 monarch power. It also adds three new diplomatic actions (in the influence category), which allow you to send 100 of each monarch power to another country.

For the decisions to save monarch power to be enactable, you need to:

have at least 0 of the specific type of monarch power (for the decision to be visible at all)
have at least 125 of the specific type of monarch power

When saving monarch power, you will lose 125 of the specific type of monarch power. 100 of these will be saved and can be restored, 25 are wasted.

For the decision to restore monarch power to be enactable, you need to:

have at least 100 of the specific type of saved monarch power (for the decision to be visible at all)
EITHER
- have the western technology group AND less than 900 of the specific type of monarch power
  OR
- do NOT have the western technology group AND have less than 1000 of the specific type of monarch power

When restoring monarch power, you will gain 100 of the specific type of monarch power and the saved amount of it is reduced by 100.
