Femboy Interest Group
Adds an interest group for femboys.
– They can be activated through a decision that should be available for all countries. THE MONTH AFTER the decision is taken, your new IG will be active.
– AI will tend not to have them unless they are your subjects.
May change or tweak happiness traits and pop attraction in the future.
