Skill Colour Fix
Updated for "Total War: WARHAMMER II – The Hammers & Herdstones".
Changes all Lord’s spell-enabling skills to their respective spell background colour.
This is achieved by adding effect dummys to all Lord’s spell-enabling skills. Therefore it should be compatible with all mods. Should also be fully save compatible.
