Adds Austria led by Maria Theresa

Crownlands

• When the borders of a City-State of whom you are Suzerain expand to a new tile, receive a sum of Great Writer, Artist, and Musician points.
• Receive +1 Diplomatic Policy slot in any Government.

Grenzer (Ranger)
Unique Austrian recon unit.

• Higher Combat Strength (50 vs. 45) and higher Ranged Strength (65 vs. 60)
• +5 Strength within 3 tiles of the borders of friendly territory.
• Exerts Zone of Control.

Coffee House (Zoo)
Austrian unique entertainment building.

• Cheaper to build (290 vs. 360) and available earlier at The Enlightenment.
• Districts in this city yield +1 Science and +1 Culture.
• +2 Amenity to each city within 6 tiles of this Entertainment Complex.
• Has 3 slots for Great Works of any type.
• Theming Bonus: Doubles output when displaying Great Works of any type from different Great People.

Theresian Reforms

• Established Governors provide +1 Favor, +1 Influence point per turn and +20% Production towards districts in their city.
• Receive a free Melee unit when any Governor is first established in each city.

State Church

• Likes Civilizations who share her government and religion and hates those with a different Government and Religion.
