Residential building type I-99-47/406 (II-65)
I present to you, I-99-47/406 (II-65) series apartment building. These houses were built between 1972 and 1974. In total in Moscow on Vernadsky Prospekt three such experimental houses were built. Architects of these houses: A. Samsonov, A. Bergelson, V. Korkina and others. The developer was MNIITEP. The houses of this series were not widespread due to their high cost, however, the developments were used for the development of the catalog of the P-3, P-4, P-43, P-44 and other buildings of the "P" series, which went into mass construction.
