Description:

The Empire is the major stand against chaos in the Old World, and so their mighty lords need to be what they truly are in the lore. Let’s call it "lore buff". I keep what i can show you that i change in pictures, but what i can’t i’ll describe you.

What’s have changed:

*Karl Franz:
*Ghal Maraz:
– Melee attack: +8 to 14.
– Weapon strength: +10% to 35%.
– Income from post-battle loot: +10% to 30%.
– Public order: +3 to 10 (all provinces).
– I change the cooldown of the ability of Ghal Maraz to 20 seconds, Karl can’t call Sigmar at will and he did just one time at a famous battle we all know.

*The Reikland Runefang:
– Melee attack: +6 to 14.
– Weapon strength: +10 to 55.
– Income from post-battle loot: +15% to 25%.
– Public order: +5 to +10 (local province).
– I change the cooldown of the ability to 10 seconds, the effect area is enlarge from 40 to 150m, so now the Emperor’s warcry will be hear by most if not the entire army.

*The Silver Steal:
– Enemy Hero action success chance: -10% to -40%. You don’t cheat with Karl.
– Melee defence: +5 to +9.
– Magic resistance: +15% to 30%, this is the main purpose of this item, to protect Karl from spells.
– Wound recovery time: -1 to -2, the empire NEED its Emperor.
– Untainted: +5 to +10 (local province).

*Boris Todbringer (yes he get some love, like not CA !):
*Middenland Runefang:
– Melee attack: Now +14.
– Income from post-battle loot: Now +16%.
– Public order: +10 (Province only), the north must hold the chaos !

*Balthasar Gelt:
*Staff of Volans:
– Hero rank: +1 to +10 (Battle Wizard). The Empire don’t sent poor mages at battle.
– Miscast chance: -10% to -40%.
– Winds of magic depletion: from 10 to 20.
– Just reduce the cooldown from 120 to 20 seconds, he is the best human mage of the empire, he deserve this.

*Cloak of molten metal:
– Enemy Hero action success chance: -10% to -30%. You don’t cheat the Supreme Patriarch !
– Cost glittering robe: -1 to -3.
– Cost glittering robe upgraded: -2 to -4.

*Amulet of Sea Gold:
– Enemy Hero action success chance: -10% to -20.
– Magic resistance: +15% to +25%. It’s an elven item so *MORE MAGIC*.
– Movement speed: +10 to +15.
– Untainted: +5 to +10 (Province only).

*Volkmar the Grim, heir of Sigmar:
*Staff of Command:
– Melee attack: +6 to +12.
– Weapon strength: +12% to +23%.
– Personnal aura morale: +40. FOR HELDENHAMMER !!
– Personal aura size: from something poor to 125m !
– Income from post-battle loot: +10% to +35%. Everything for the church !
– Public order: +3 to +10.

*Jade Griffon:
– Hero recruit rank: +5 to +10 for Warrior Priests.
– Melee defence: Now +14.
– Untainted: +5 to +10.

For the great buff of public order, rank xp, untainted and stuff, you have to keep in mind that the empire is both weak and strong. The people need great personnality to believe, to guide them, now they truly guide them, if one of them died it would be hard but they still hold. If more than one of them died, the empire would not stand against the threat incoming from all around the stronghold of the Old World !
