Grants a chance to activate a ‘Crack the Sky’ effect upon taking damage.

Can be found in item rooms, angel rooms and boss rush, as well as shops during Greed Mode runs.

Based off of ‘Bowl of Tears’ from Community Remix. (Not Antibirth)
