Civilization Ability – Land of Penguins: +1 Food and +1 Production from Snow tiles. Units receive +5 Combat Strength in their home continent and ignore Movement cost from embarking and disembarking.
Unique Unit – Penguin Commandos: Replaces Infantry. Ignores terrains and rivers. +5 more Combat Strength than Infantry. -2 less maintenance.
Unique Improvement – Penguin’s Nest: Must be built on Snow or Tundra tiles. Cannot be bulit adjacent to another Penguin’s Nest. +1 Food and Culture and +1 Housing. +1 additional Food if adjacent to Fishing Boats. +1 additional Food with Exploration Civic.
Agenda – Paranoid: Likes civilizations who pose no threats. Dislikes those who do and nearby civilizations. He eill heavily focus on military, so be careful.
City names are all scientific names for different penguins.
