Description:

Removes cap of 1 monument per country.
Makes all generic monuments moveable.

To prevent some issues (you can’t have 2 monuments simultaneously constructing in one (same) province) all monuments now spawn in random provinces which don’t have monument in construction already (upgrades also counts as construction probably) and have owner’s culture or accepted culture

Made this because somebody suggested it.

You need main mod for for this to work.
