Crew Member Buff

1.1: Crew will stick closer and teleport to you more often when out of range provided you are over 30 blocks away from them (which honestly isn’t that far compared to the original 50 blocks)
Flat out buffs the crew with no overcomplicated strings attached. Buffs are as follows:
HP raised to 600 from 200 (allows crew to tank more hits
Power Multiplier raised to 2.0 from 0.25 (to compensate for low tier weapons) raising it to 2.0 also means that for every 1% attack power you have, crew will have 2% attack power
Protection raised by 25
Health regen raised to 6 from 2 (allows for faster heath recovery)
Energy regen raised to 6 (allows for much faster energy recovery which will help to prevent crew from blindly charging in to melee enemies)
Max energy raised to 600 from 10 (energy is essential for crew to continuously fire for long periods of time without being forced into melee)
Combat and field benefits cooldown reduced to 10 seconds from 60 and 120 respectively (let your chemists and medics do their stinking job without too much dialogue spam)
Increases crew wander time to 30 seconds and home distance and decreases crew idle time to 0.1 seconds (this is to make the crew move around more and spread out and not just sit at the teleporter for hours at a time similar to the "less annoying crew" mod. Goes great with the "smarter crew" mod)
Crew size of base races now boosted to 20
Works with other crew modifying mods, this however will take priority over the other mod’s changes as the priority is at 101 due to how the mod works.
crew aim updates every 0.2 seconds instead of 0.5 to 1 seconds
