Description:

Adds two custom-made variants of the Armored Rags that protects the shoulders.

There are three versions; The Hooligan Rags (Left Arm), the Hoodlum Rags (Right Arm), and Rag Pauldrons (Both Arms).

They all spawn, equally all over the world.
