This mod replace all my special port mods with changes on the "normal ports".
This Mod buffes:
the special ports of Marienburg, Erengrad, Bordelaux and Lothern +
the normal ports of all factions
The special ports get all the same Income, Tradegoods-Mod. and Growth, but different bonus on tier 2 and 3.
Marienburg gets a higher Income modifier in province, the other special ports a smaller modifier.
All normal ports get a same, higher income.
All normal ports get a income modifier for province, Tilean, Estalian and Borderprinces (TEB) a higher one.
