This is a set of tenement houses from the late 19th / early 20th century, ideal for the creation of central european themed maps. It contains 10 individual residential buildings without the collision & ground leveling needs to maximize the flexibilty upon placement. You’ll be able to create typical residential city blocks, as the set contains a variety of row and cornered buildings.
Gawd I hope this works D: … bug reports welcome as it’s hard to create packages and sets on your own. Pricing is high on purpose, so is the quality of the buildings 😉
I created these buildings in cooperation with Jens for Cities:Skylines, also took some of his creations and modified them for WRSR. All buildings are adaptions from existing buildings in Berlin, Germany and have handcrafted, photorealistic textures.
However, I removed one floor from the original 4 story buildings to enable size-compatibility with Noch’s Old Downtown packages and equinox.nova’s Old Town Houses Project (the facade height is about 17 meters).
I have other models from residential buildings and would love to create little shops to shove into the first floor.
Originally from the C:S modding community, now starting to enhance WRSR, with +1300 hours the most frequently played game in my library.
