1. Financial industry
Buildings with more advanced ownership now consume financial services and produce bonds and stocks.
As urban areas develop, financial industry buildings are created together, and financial industry buildings consume bonds and stocks to produce financial services.
Also, in the case of pop with a high standard of living, they consume financial services to maintain their assets.
Latecomers to industrialization will need to import from developed countries, as they lack their own production of financial services.

2. Real estate and residential industries
Real estate is produced in agricultural buildings and in real estate buildings that are created according to urban labels.
Now downtown buildings consume real estate, and residential buildings that are created together consume real estate to produce housing and luxury housing.
Housing and luxury housing are consumed for the needs of the pop, and the richer the pop, the more luxury housing.

또 높은 생활수준을 지닌 팝의 경우, 자신의 자산 유지를 위해 금융 서비스를 소비합니다.
산업화의 후발주자는 금융서비스의 자체 생산이 부족하기에, 선진국들에서 수입할 필요가 있을 것입니다.

2.부동산과 주거 산업
농업 건물과 도심지 래벨에 따라 생성되는 부동산 건물에서 부동산이 생산됩니다.
이제 도심지 건물은 부동산을 소비하며, 함께 생성되는 택지 건물은 부동산을 소비하여 주거와 고급 주거를 생산합니다.
주거와 고급 주거는 팝들의 욕구를 위해 소비되며, 더 부유한 팝일수록 고급 주거를 소비합니다.

3.경제 관련 이벤트(제작중)
호황과 불황, 대공황과 같은 이벤트들을 통해 보다 역동적인 경제가 구현됩니다.
