Memories of Disease
You mean to tell me that my ruler remembers going on a picnic but doesn’t remember getting cancer? That’s wild. Let’s fix that. This mod adds memories for diagnosis and recovery of all named diseases (everything but the generic Ill trait). That’s all it does. This mod is not achievement-compatible. It overwrites the base game health event file, so it’s not going to be compatible with other mods that overwrite that specific file (as far as I can tell, that’s only the fantasy worlds with magic diseases and such). Otherwise, it should be compatible with other mods.
