Solar Powered Lamps
A self-powered lamp that also generates 0.1 power. Upgradeable to generate 0.5 power. I don’t know how to add a new upgrade to a new building template, so I instead used the windmilll template. Therefore, this lamp still generates power at night, and the upgrade is aquired from the windmill tech "Low-G Turbines". Also the solar panel on the top is a decorative attachment and so it isn’t animated.
