Advanced Ammo Storage & Supply
Adds an Ammo Storage that is armored and more durable. It also transfers its contents to the cannon or Ammo Storage in front of it. It costs more than storage bays and it does not offer roof access.
There are also counterparts for H.E. missile parts, E.M.P. missile parts, nuclear missile parts, and mine parts. The Missile Launcher in vanilla can be automatically supplied only if it’s set to a corresponding launch mode.
They need to be purchased in career mode. Each requires the blueprint of its corresponding factory. Also, the H.E. missile parts storage, E.M.P. missile parts storage, nuclear missile parts storage, and mine parts storage each requires the blueprint of ammo storage.

Cannons from mods probably do not need to be specifically supported, unless the internal ammo storage is not named "AmmoStorage". Unlike cannons, missile launchers from mods must be specifically supported to be able to receive the automated supply.

@RustyDios for the hard work on animated transport belt like sprites and several advices.
Q: As you say "in front of", can we see its rotation in game?
A: Yes. The sprites have arrow heads on them. Just place it adjacent to a cannon and point at it and they are connected.
Q: What’s the ammo sprite in the picture?
A: It comes from the Optimal Storage mod. It increases the stack size of all resources to 10 times and it also has sprites for large stacks. Check out the hyperlink if you are interested. It is in the thumbnail simply because I didn’t disable it as I took the screenshot and any of its content is not included in this mod.
Q: I am the author of ______ mod and despite being listed as compatible, my local copy of the mod isn’t compatible with your mod.
A: Due to the current status of Cosmoteer modding, this issue cannot be resolved in my end. You either subscribe your own workshop item and enable it for your plays instead, or apply the patches to your local copy of the mod. The latter does not cause issue for users not using Advanced Ammo Storage & Supply mod.
