Stakataka: Unit Stacking
Sometimes your planned unit moves are canceled, because the target tile is occupied by another of your unit of the same type. Are you annoyed?
Sometimes you accidentally ordered a unit to swap its position with another unit that had an order, canceling it. Are you frustrated?
You have many melee units blocked behind a melee unit and they cannot engage in battle before the front-line unit is killed. Are you tired with that?
Not any more.
BONUS: This mod allows ranged units to perform melee attacks to adjacent cities, if the target city has zero health. The AI is not affected.
Details
- If multiple military units are stacking on a same tile, one with the highest base melee combat strength will take the incoming attack.
- The AI is by technical affected but they don’t understand how to exploit this feature.
- No vanilla unit stats have been touched.
