JA’s Caesar Rework
Feel that the official Caesar’s ability being underwhelmingly week? Or simply wants a *better version* of it?
This mod enhanced the Leader Ability of Julius Caesar.

Leader Ability: VENI, VIDI, VICI
+200 Gold whenever you conquer a city for the first time or +100 Gold when you earn Gold from a Barbarian Outpost. The Gold amount granted for both becomes +500 Gold after you research Steel (on Standard Speed). Whenever you conquered a city with at least one district other than the city center, all units within 2 tiles of the conquered city center gain a Promotion level.
