This mod is very simple.

You can edit turns until ogre camp spawn, and respawn cooldown.

Also, if you want to see ogre camp always spawn, you can.

upkeep cost 0 option is especially for Tomb kings and Beastmen.

— upkeep control is compatible with "Expanded Roster – Ogre Kingdoms"

this mod is compatible with "Expanded Roster – Ogre Kingdoms". I tested it. expanded ogre kingdoms is a really nice mod!
