RPG-28 rocket-propelled grenade launcher (RPG-28 for short) is an infantry anti-tank rocket launcher developed by Russia.
The RPG-28 rocket launcher was designed in the 2000s. The Russians are not very confident about the performance of the previous RPG-27 rocket launcher, and enlarge it to produce a more powerful RPG-28.
The RPG-28 rocket launcher is designed to destroy the heaviest armored tank in the West. RPG-28 rocket launcher was launched in 2007. It was adopted by the Russian army in 2011. It is also available to export customers.
RPG-28 rocket launcher is the most powerful anti-tank rocket launcher in the RPG series, including disposable and reloadable models. The nickname of RPG-28 rocket launcher is "Kliukova" (cranberry) [1].
