Phantagonist’s Agenda Warning Removal
This mod removes agenda-based warnings and kudos.
AI will still stick to their specific strategies (e.g. Montezuma will still be the warmonger, Gandhi will still be the peacekeeper until nukes come around), but they won’t pop up and annoy players for absurd reasons like not at war with anyone else.
Sycophant and Sympathizer are removed (these agendas are not related to any strategy, thus redundant).
