Introduction
Mina is a Korean leader who has the same trait as the Eleanor’s but with little more power. Other traits are same as Korean Civilization traits.

Requirements
Sid Meier’s Civilization VI: Gathering Storm
No other DLC or Leader pass is required

Language Support
English, Korean

Charm
Great Works in Mina’s cities each cause -2 Loyalty per turn in foreign cities within 9 tiles. A city that leaves another civilization due to a loss of Loyalty and is currently receiving the most Loyalty per turn from Mina’s civilization skips the Free City step to join this civilization.
