Elector Count Units Reworked

This mod will be part of the next update to Your New Empire (Overhaul).
This mod tries to rework the Elector Count State Troops system to make more use of the Empire’s campaign mechanics by changing how State Troops units are recruited, and adding new units and buildings!
- Elector Count State Troops cost prestige instead of gold when recruited from the EC State Troops pool to give you something to spend your hard earned goodies on. The higher your Imperial Authority the lower the prestige cost and vice versa (IA = prestige cost % change: ±2 = ±5% ±4 = ±10%, ±7 = ±20%, ±10 = ±30%)
- EC State Troops are recruitable from 13 landmarks across the Empire (using gold) 7 of which are made by me and based on lore to the best of my ability with some artistic licence. Landmarks increase the recruitment caps of their respective unit among other benefits. (The rest are either from Landmarks of Legends, graetor’s Knightly Order buildings, or are vanilla landmarks — More Details Here)
- Added 4 new units to the EC State Troops pool, and added 2 new units separate from pool. (More Details Here)
- Units are recruitable from the EC State Troops pool if the required Elector Count / faction is your military ally or vassal or if you own the settlement. Each unit’s tooltip explains these requirements further in game.
- Introduced recruitment caps for each EC State Troops unit according to their strength.
- Units are added to the EC State Troops pool based on replenishment % chance per turn. The replenishment chance can be increased / decreased depending on your imperial Authority. (Pool replenishment and capacity is higher for the rightful owner of a unit).
- Changed the level requirements for some RoR units.
- Should be compatible with Sigmar’s Heirs and pretty much everything else. Subscribe to the SFO submod here. Mixu’s unlocker is required for the landmarks. The file size is a bit thicc because of the Knightly Order assets.
- This mod is designed to be used alongside Your New Empire (Overhaul) which has some features this mod makes use of such as military alliances and vassalisation between Empire factions and new Imperial Authority levels.
