GNES v0.8.6 – NES Emulator

Welcome to the first gaming-system emulator in Gmod! This addon uses Ben Firshman’s JSNES, an NES emulator written in Javascript, with minor modifications to function in Gmod.
Now you can play any Nintendo Entertainment System game right in Gmod!
How to play NES games:
1. You must own a legal copy of what ever game you download, I do not condone piracy.
2. Download an NES game to play (there are many websites to get .nes ROMS, I recommend emuparadise.me).
3. Upload your .nes file to Dropbox, you can create a free acount if you haven’t already.
4. Once your file is done uploading, click on the "Share" button next to it.
5. A window will pop up, click "Copy Link".
6. Go back into Gmod and paste that link in the "ROM URL" box in GNES.
7. Now select the game you saved and have fun!
**Note: I also do know that some games might not work, so here is a list of them that definately DO work:

-Mario Bros.
-Mega Man
-Pac-Man
-Super Mario Bros.
-Super Mario Bros. 2

-Zelda II – The Adventure of Link
TO-DO List:
-Local file support (ROMs will be put into the gnes data folder and will be uploaded to JNES through the awesome byte reading functionality that Gmod has to offer)
-Clean up UI
-Save/Load states, this will be hard to do since I’m messing with someone else’s emulator, but it’s not impossible.
