Aluminum Bat
This mod adds aluminum bats to the game.
These bats are lighter, and stronger than the wood baseball bat; but weaker than the spiked baseball bat.
They can spawn rarely in the world. They can be repaired, but not be crafted.
To recap, and extrapolate here are a few comparisons between the aluminum bat, and wooden bat specifically:
* The aluminum bat is lighter than the wooden bat.
* The aluminum bat attack speed is faster than the wooden bat.
* The aluminum bat damage range is higher than the wooden bat (but lower than the spiked wooden bat)
For B42: The Aluminum Bat mod’s main features are still it’s lightweight design, and speed factor. These still stand above all others in the game. Damage-wise, it now sits on par(ish) with the can-reinforced, and sheet-metal bat. Including the aluminum bat, there are now 10 baseball bats in the game, so yeh. Regarding repairs, bare in mind that for B42, the new mechanic applies so watch for that – keep your aluminum bat safe, do not let it break.
