Kar Odacen, Norscan Legendary Lord Specilized in cavalry

This mod adds a new LL for Norsca. He and his faction, the Iron Wolves, are specialized in cavalry and ice wolves. He is also a lore of metal caster.
IMPORTANT: this mod was made during a jam, so with a limited amount of time. There WILL be bugs during gameplay, but we will take some time to polish it and add some new content in the near future.
