Closeable Canals
Information
This mod allows it to close and reopen owned canals. This affects both, the bonuses the canal gives, as well as the ability for all ships to pass it.
AI nations will never close canals and always open closed canals, in case they own one after a conquest.

Compatibility
- EU4 Version: 1.37
- not compatible with mods that edit the canals or change their location
- only works with the vanilla canals
