Oedipus/Elektra Complex
Ever want to give your parents a little more love, but don’t have divine marriage? That’s okay, you can now develop an Oedipus/Elektra Complex for your parents! Will your milfy mother accept your affections, or will she rebuke your advances? Will your son become gay for you and crave your attention? Take the court scandal to the next level!
This can happen at any time after the age of 5, with shorter mean time to fire as a child and longer time to fire as an adult. But certain traits can also affect the mean time to fire, as well as having the family or seduction focus. Of course, if you really don’t feel like waiting, you can open up the console commands and typing in "event oedipustime.1". Note that if you’re celibate, this event does not normally fire for you.
Having the Oedipus/Elektra Complex/Reciprocate traits can also lead to other opportunities. For example, even if you aren’t lovers with one of your parents, if both of you have the appropriate traits, you can still seduce them with the seduction focus. Homosexual trait affects the sexual availability of your parents to you.
Not to mention, once in a while, you might get a certain event that allows you to secretly convert to Messalian or Zoroastrian, if you’re Christian, Muslim, or any of the Zoroastrian heresies…

– The MTTH has been increased for the AI, but kept the same for the player, so the player should continue to get the event at the same frequency as before, while the AI will less frequently indulge in debauchery.
– Rejecting Oedipus/Elektral thoughts now only give 10% chance of gaining the Chaste trait, instead of 100%.
– Oedipus Reciprocate has been relocalised to Jocasta Complex.
– New event added (oedipustime.6) that gives parents with attractive children a chance to pick up the Jocasta Complex/Elektra Reciprocate trait.
– Characters without existing parents can no longer get the oedipustime.1 event.
– Event option tooltips now change depending on whether your parent or child is dead or alive.
– You can still develop an Oedipus or Elektra or Jocasta Complex even if your parent or child is dead.
