Various features for the Byzantine/Roman Empire:
– Unique government type, can revoke all vassal duchies and kingdoms
– Free heir designation (even outside your dynasty, player can then choose which dynasty to continue playing as)
– New CBs
– Very prestigious imperial vassals can always fabricate a strong claim to the Empire
This is not yet fully balanced, your vassals should be even more of a danger, but the greater availablility of claims is a start.
