Solkarra – 2023 ModJam
Description
This mod was made for the 2 week long 2023, "Year of The Gaper" modjam. It adds two characters, Solkarra and his tainted variant.
Solkarra starts with spirit sword and becomes more powerful as you kill more enemies, all enemies drop experience points which allow him to level up and gain stat boosts.
Solkarra’s tainted counterpart, "The Charred" shares this level up mechanic but uses it in a different way. Due to time constraints, the tainted counterpart is not as polished as Solkarra, and is partially unfinished, but still playable.
We hope to update this mod POST JAM to improve certain aspects, however nothing is set in stone yet, but bug fixes will definitely come after the jam has ended.
