Galactic Republic Civilization – Chancellor Palpatine

This mod will add the Galactic Republic as a Civilization to the game, leaded by the Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.
This mod also have a custom 3D model for his Unique Unit.
Order 66 : +1 strength for all units for every city states he is suzerain of.
Get a Flanking bonus for 10 turns after a declaration of war.
I am the senate: Likes civilizations that are not competing for city-state allegiance. Dislikes civilizations with a great army.
The leader is not animated, I don’t have the skills to do it.
Galactic Constitution : Gain an additional Diplomatic policy slot in all Governments, activate upon unlocking the Political Philosophy civic.
+1 Diplomatic Favor per turn for each Diplomatic slot in the current government.
Clonetrooper Phase 1 : Replace the infantry. Doesn’t have damage penalty on strength
This is my first mod on Civilization VI, and the first of , I hope, a bigger project.
