Gothic Palatina for Western Roman Empire
Adds the Gothic Palatina Defectors unit from the Gothic factions to the Western Roman Empire unit roster.
Recruitable from the garrisson quarters Lvl 1 not from the regular military chain
I felt like wre lacks offensive infantry units in early game and I noticed the palatina defectors being op during goth campaign. Maybe I will rename the unit once I figure out how to do that. I will add some more non roman units to the wre & ere unit roster to create a feeling of foederati and them actually being useful as opposed to most of the levied units from hordes or mercenaries.
