Description:

This script makes the campaign use 12 turns per year thanks to the non RIS mod, instead of the default 2. It also reduces upkeep for every single troop for every faction, making you start with an income, (Some may feel it’s too cheaty, then do not use the mod)

Must be above RIS .05 in load order

Causes a prompt on start. hit ok and continue (I don’t know why)
