A Mod Shared library.

This project currently offers the following features.

1. Mod configuration and autoload.
2. Reload Mod configuration command.
3. Events for client connections and Mod configure reload.

Mod Option Path:

Linux: ~/.config/Necesse/cfg/ModOptions.toml
Windows: C:/Users/USER_NAME/AppData/Roaming/Necesse/cfg/ModOptions.toml
